Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes therapy should feel supportive and collaborative. I work with adults and couples who may be navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, or life changes. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard and empowered while we work together toward meaningful change. I earned my master’s degree from Marshall University and use a person-centered, CBT-based approach tailored to you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and centered on what matters most to you. I believe you are the expert on your own experiences, and we will work together to identify patterns, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change. I use person-centered and CBT-based approaches while tailoring sessions to your individual needs and goals. I will support you, listen without judgment, and gently challenge you when it can help you grow.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to gain from the process. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and current concerns, while giving you space to share at your own pace. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and what you would like to work toward. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and respected.
