I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, it is my goal to help each person achieve their goals. I have over 10 years of experience working with many populations and I am trained in EMDR therapy .
Making the choice to seek therapy isn't an easy one and definitely not a "one size fits all". I work from a person-centered approach to give each client what they need in order to meet their goals!
During our first session, I will take the time to get to know you, your background, what brings you to counseling, and answer any question or concerns as counseling can be a strange and new process.
