Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges and transitions. I intentionally keep my practice small to ensure I can be fully present and attentive to each client’s unique needs. I earned my degree from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time outdoors and cooking.

My approach to therapy

Growth isn’t always comfortable—but it’s often where the most meaningful change begins. I support clients in leaning into that discomfort at their own pace, whether we’re taking action or simply starting the conversation. I work collaboratively to identify old patterns and challenge distorted beliefs, helping you determine what is true for you today versus what no longer serves you. My goal is to create a space that is both supportive and direct, fostering insight, growth, and lasting wellness.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll explore what’s bringing you in now and the deeper drivers behind your decision to seek support. Just as importantly, we’ll begin to define what life could look like if those burdens no longer held the same weight. Many people find it difficult to imagine that version of themselves—but together, we’ll start to build that vision. That vision becomes your north star, guiding the work we do moving forward.
