Great to meet you!

I'm Kimberley, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with 20 years of experience helping adults and couples untangle what's been holding them back — even when they've already tried everything else. I hold advanced certifications in EMDR therapy, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), and the Gottman Method for couples, and I bring a genuine neuroscience perspective to every session. That means we don't just talk about how you're feeling — we look at why your brain and nervous system have been responding the way they have, and we build practical tools for lasting change.I work with adults and seniors online throughout California and Arizona. I'm in-network with Aetna and Carelon Behavioral Health, and I provide superbills for clients who are out-of-network and want to pursue reimbursement. I also offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can make sure w

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative, collaborative, and genuinely tailored to you — not a protocol I apply to everyone. Depending on what you're working through, I draw from EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and neuroscience-informed techniques. For clients exploring alternative pathways, I also offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).I believe therapy should move you forward — not just give you a place to vent. I'm action-oriented and collaborative. I'll offer real insights, meaningful between-session practices, and a clear understanding of how your thoughts, emotions, and brain function are interconnected. I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, and major life transitions, as well as couples who feel stuck in the same cycles and want something to genuinely change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you — your story, where you're at right now, and what you're hoping therapy will actually do for your life. There's no pressure to share everything at once; we move at your pace. I'll ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully, and by the end of our session, we'll have a clear sense of what direction makes the most sense for your goals. You'll leave with a real roadmap — not just a stack of intake forms and a follow-up date.
