Great to meet you!

I'm Kimberlie Davidson. I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and bring a warm, grounded, and non-judgmental presence to our work together. I support clients through life transitions, anxiety, and self-worth. I believe therapy is a partnership where I meet you with authenticity, respect, and unconditional support as you navigate life.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, integrative, and tailored to your story and goals. Drawing on person-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and mindfulness-based practices, I help you build self-awareness, rewrite limiting narratives, and cultivate emotional resilience. I strive to create an empowering, reflective space where you can slow down, process difficult emotions at your own pace, and develop practical tools that foster lasting balance and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

Your first session focuses on creating a comfortable, welcoming space to get to know one another. There is no pressure to have everything figured out or share more than you feel ready to discuss. Together, we’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you hope to achieve, and answer any questions you might have about the process. We will set gentle, practical goals collaboratively so you leave our first meeting with a clear sense of direction and a safe environment where you feel heard and supported.
