Dr. Kimberly Arthur-Mensah

Dr. Kimberly Arthur-Mensah is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience treating children, adolescents, and adults facing a wide range of mental and emotional health challenges. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mt. Carmel College of Nursing and completed both her Master’s and Doctorate in Nursing at The Ohio State University. Her advanced education and clinical training allow her to provide thoughtful, evidence-based psychiatric care across the lifespan.

Dr. Arthur-Mensah specializes in medication management for conditions including ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, OCD, behavioral concerns, addiction, and personality disorders. She has a special passion for working with children and teens, partnering closely with parents to ensure treatment plans are supportive, practical, and developmentally appropriate.

When prescribed, she prioritizes safety, education, and ongoing monitoring to ensure optimal outcomes. In addition to medication management, Dr. Arthur-Mensah integrates therapeutic techniques such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and Brainspotting to support emotional regulation, trauma healing, and long-term resilience. Her goal is not just symptom reduction—but helping clients build confidence, stability, and the skills needed to thrive.

Dr. Arthur-Mensah is known for her warm, patient-centered style. She takes time to truly listen, ensuring each individual feels seen, heard, and validated. She is passionate about empowering clients and families to reach their full potential and begin living the life they deserve.

Outside of her professional work, she is an animal lover who enjoys traveling and spending time with loved ones.
