Great to meet you!

I have been in the mental health field as a therapist, a clinical supervisor, and a professor for over 25 years. I worked with people addressing issues related to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder (war-related, child sexual abuse, and sexual assault). I also work with people who feel lost, isolated, and burned-out. Finally, I work with other therapists in pain.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative. Fundamentally, I believe we are all good, even if we cannot find it in ourselves. I like to walk along the path with you, co-creating a safe, warm, trusting space in which you can find that part of you that you feel you have lost. Along the way, we can learn about your strengths, add to them, and in time, if you want, go deeper to explore the underlying wounds, bring them into the light to heal, and be laid down.

What you can expect from me

You can take away a sense of being accepted, heard, and seen. Working with me, you can find hope again.
