Great to meet you!

I attended a local university for my bachelor's in social work and then went on to obtain my Master's of Social Work at the IU School of Social Work. I started my dream job the day after I graduated, gaining licensure in social work along the way. Over the years, I've learned various theories and interventions and am particularly drawn to cognitive behavioral therapy, brief therapy, and experiential therapy. I have also worked extensively with DBT and have found success in emotion regulation and mindfulness for many of the people I have seen in my practice.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with individuals dealing with psychosis/schizophrenia, gender identity issues, developmental disabilities, suicidal ideation and/or self-harming behaviors, borderline personality disorder, PTSD, eating disorders, stress, ADHD, autism spectrum support, anger management, traumatic brain injury, depression, and anxiety.

What you can expect from me

Let's get to work together. I'm here to support you on your journey to unlocking your own personal power and achieving your goals. Reach out when you're ready, and let's take those baby steps together.
