Great to meet you!

I provide treatment in Virginia & Texas. Working with the Secretary of Defense, Department of Defense, Veterans, celebrities and civilian families. While interviewing national hip-hop artists, covering red carpet events, being at video shoots I am enmeshed with people with mental illness, substance abuse, legal and behavior issues. My history as a hip-hop journalist and mental health worker has placed me on the front lines with issues plaguing all communities.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I desire to help as many people as possible increase self-awareness using various methods such as: multi-modality therapy, energy/love, mindfulness, prayer/meditation, super foods, movement, music, nature, art, crystals, positive affirmations and/or chants for clarity.

When treating couples, I focus on fostering a loving environment, increasing sexual intimacy, and positive communication skills by recognizing strengths to manifest your ideal relationship using The Gottman Method.

What you can expect from our first session

A holistic lifestyle: physical & mental health, family, marriage/intimate relationships, parenting, friendships, work/career/education, recreation/relaxation, spirituality, community/life purpose/giving to others.

Clients are able to take away a detailed pathway to manifest visions, by formulating a plan and remaining motivated for consistent action. Clients learn to reprogram their brain to maximize somatic and automatic nervous system by increasing positive energy.
