Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who provides compassionate, evidence-based care across the lifespan. I specialize in psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and personalized treatment planning, integrating therapy, medication management, and holistic approaches.

I have a special interest in women’s mental health, including postpartum depression and trauma, and is committed to creating a supportive, judgment-free space where patients feel heard and empowered. The goal is to help individuals gain clarity, build resilience, and move toward lasting wellness.

My approach to therapy

Your first session is a supportive, judgment-free space where we focus on understanding you as a whole person—not just your symptoms. I aim to create a calm, collaborative environment where you can speak openly and feel genuinely heard.

What you can expect from me

During this visit, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, your current concerns, and any past experiences with mental health or treatment. I’ll ask questions to better understand your history, daily functioning, and goals, but there’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with.

Together, we’ll begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing and identify patterns that may be impacting your mood, anxiety, attention, or overall well-being.

By the end of the session, you can expect:

  • Initial clinical impressions and clarity around your symptoms
  • A personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs
  • Thoughtful discussion of options, including therapy and/or medication if appropriate
  • Clear next steps and time to ask questions

My goal is for you to leave feeling supported, understood, and more confident about your path forward.
