Great to meet you!

Dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with over 21 years of experience in healthcare.

I work with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, mood disorders, and emotional dysregulation using a thoughtful, integrative approach to mental health care. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, individualized, and grounded in the latest evidence-based psychiatric practice.

Please note that I do not prescribe controlled substances. This includes stimulant medications for ADHD such as Adderall, Vyvanse, Ritalin, or Concerta, but I do offer non-stimulant medication options to support focus, regulation, energy, and overall wellbeing.

What you can expect from me

During every initial evaluation, psychiatric history, symptoms, current and past medications are reviewed. We discuss your unique experiences and treatment goals during the intake visit. Together, we determine whether medication is appropriate as part of your treatment plan. If recommended, I prescribe thoughtfully using the most current evidence-based guidelines, selecting treatments that best fit your specific diagnosis, symptoms, lifestyle, and overall health.

Medication is only one part of treatment. I also emphasize education, supportive therapy, and lifestyle factors that can improve mental health. My goal is for you to leave each appointment with a clear understanding of your diagnosis, treatment options, and a personalized plan designed to help you regain control of your life and improve your quality of life.
