Great to meet you!

You want to change, but you're stuck. The same patterns keep showing up, you don't know where to turn first, and you've been carrying it on your own for too long. Maybe it's the weight of motherhood, how ADHD or autism shows up in daily life, or a loneliness that snuck in over the last few years.

Over 23 years of practice, I've watched people who feel completely overwhelmed take small steps and create incredible change. That's the work I love. As a mom of five and grandmother of seven, two daughters who have ADHD and a grandson on the spectrum, neurodivergence is part of my own family, not just something I treat. I work from a Christian worldview, and clients of every background are welcome.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm and direct. I'm not going to be fake, and I'm not afraid to call something out when I see it. Therapy is a real investment of your time and energy, and I want you to feel that it's working.

I lean primarily on cognitive behavioral therapy because it gives us a practical way to spot the thoughts running in the background and build skills you can actually use. The goal is for you to leave with strategies that make life feel more manageable, not to keep you in my office forever.

What you can expect from me

It's normal to feel uncertain heading into a first session. Most of our time will be a conversation. I'll ask what's bringing you in, what you've already tried, and what would make therapy feel worth the investment. You don't need to have it figured out, and there are no right words.

By the end, we'll have a sense of whether we're a good fit and where to start. From there, we'll work together to take the small steps that create real change over time
