Great to meet you!

My name is Kimberly Box. I have over 15 years of experience working with individuals, families, and children. I specialize in working with individuals going through life transitions, women's issues, parenting, family, and wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational and holistic. In a safe, non-judgmental space we will explore all that is going on in your world so that you can get to a better place and start living your best life. Depending on the situation, I use CBT, DBT, art, and play with younger children.
