Great to meet you!

I am driven to facilitate change, improve life functioning, and resolve psychological issues in adolescents, parents, and adults through individualized client-centered therapy.. My clinical experience includes treating depression, anxiety, suicidality, trauma, sexual and gender identity exploration, sex offending behavior, eating disorders, parent stress, physical illness and related mental health concerns, learning differences, ADHD, divorce/separation, and psychological testing.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I approach the therapeutic relationship from a foundation of a relational, client-centered, psychodynamic approach that is trauma-informed, strengths-based, holistic, and collaborative. I utilize techniques from many therapies based on what is helpful to my client, including DBT skills, CBT strategies, mindfulness practices, motivational interviewing, positive psychology, family systems, etc.
