Great to meet you!

Life can be exhausting. If you’re constantly overthinking, carrying stress, struggling in relationships, or feeling like you’ve lost yourself under the weight of work, family, and responsibilities, you’re not alone. As a Licensed Professional Counselor serving adults in Mississippi and Colorado, I provide practical, down-to-earth therapy that helps you find lasting change—not just temporary relief.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel like a conversation with someone who genuinely understands you while also helping you make real progress. My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. Together, we’ll identify what’s keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and develop realistic strategies that create lasting change.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, burnout, or a major life transition, I’ll help you better understand your emotions, quiet the constant mental noise, set healthy boundaries, and move forward with greater confidence and peace. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel heard, challenged, and equipped with tools you can use in everyday life.

For clients who desire it, I’m also happy to thoughtfully integrate Christian faith and biblical principles into our work together.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what’s bringing you to therapy. I’ll ask questions, listen carefully, and help you clarify the challenges you’re facing and what you hope will be different. My goal is for you to leave with a clearer understanding of where to begin, along with practical next steps and a plan that’s realistic, manageable, and tailored to your goals. You’ll never be pressured to share more than you’re comfortable sharing.
