Great to meet you!

I believe the human spirit is very resilient and capable of continued growth and development throughout our lives. However, at times, each of us can feel overwhelmed by life's challenges. Strategies that worked previously may no longer provide results, leaving us feeling frustrated, lost, or despondent. During these times, there is a benefit in seeking outside, objective counsel to help overcome current challenges and assist one in returning to a healthy, productive life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to client care integrates my educational background, 15 years of professional experience along with my life experiences, providing a broad base to address the individual needs of my clients. Working together, and considering your unique life circumstances and personal history, I will assist you in identifying strategies to overcome current and future challenges and achieve your life goals.

I use evidenced-based therapeutic approaches and incorporate the holistic interconnection of mind, body, and spirit. The combination of these methods is designed to increase positive outcomes and promote overall health and wellness in all aspects of your life.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will focus on getting to know each other and discussing the therapeutic process. We will also identify your specific areas of concern, discuss the goals you would like to achieve, and outline a plan to move forward.
