Great to meet you!

More than 30 years of experience achieving positive therapeutic results with clients from different backgrounds, in various settings and with a wide range of presenting problems. Certified in TeleMental Health Therapy. Most of my referrals come from satisfied clients and other professionals who have a working knowledge of my skills and practice.

My approach to therapy

Extensive experience in stress & interpersonal management, Effective cognitive therapy (change the thoughts, thus the feelings, then behavior), insight oriented therapy and solution focused techniques. I adapt my approach and am focus based on what my clients are presenting and what they are most receptive to. I believe that the relationship between a therapist and client is the foundation for positive change and a bit of humor can help sometimes too :)

What you can expect from me

Clients will have the experience of being listened to, understood and supported. They will take away practical tools to benefit them and lessen their discomfort. Furthermore, they will gain understanding of themselves and others. Thus, clients will be able to change negative patterns and experience perspective changes towards being the creator of their life.
