I am excited about life! Enthusiastic about meeting new people. Learning and having new experiences. At my core I am a peacemaker, searching for the good and embracing diversity in others, with a strong desire for problem solving. Through self-realization and freedom, I help clients to live their lives to their fullest potential. Being a sounding board and guiding individuals to wholeness is a natural fit for me. Providing therapy feels like I'm doing the work God intended for me.

Keeping an open mind and being a peacemaker. Searching for what makes a person be more intentional in their lives and helping with knowing what participation in their lives look like.

PEACE, expressing their issues and identifying with coping skills to manage fears in the present moment. Guiding clients to be mindful and living in the present moment letting go of the past and not grabbing for the future. To help them to "just breathe!"
