Great to meet you!

Choosing a therapist is a personal decision, and it’s important that you feel safe, understood and respected in the process. I have experience working with individuals across diverse backgrounds and life stages in settings such as private practice, in-home therapy, community mental health, hospitals, and schools. This work has allowed me to support clients through a wide range of challenges- from navigating everyday stressors to processing deep emotional pain, trauma, and grief. I specialize in working with clients who are experiencing anxiety and chronic stress, depression and mood concerns, relationship and attachment issues, burnout, boundaries and emotional regulation.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in collaboration, compassion, and a deep respect for each client’s unique experiences. I believe that change happens when you feel truly seen and supported- not judged or rushed. My approach is integrative and may draw from different treatment modalities. Therapy with me is not “fixing you”- it’s about helping you better understand yourself, develop healthier coping strategies, and build a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling. Whether you come to therapy with a clear goal or just a sense that something feels off, we can work together to make sense of it and move forward at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Your first therapy session is a chance for us to get to know one another and begin building a foundation of trust. We’ll spend time discussing what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping to get out of the process, any concerns you may have. I will also gather background information to better understand your experiences, history, and any current challenges. This helps me tailor therapy to your specific needs and goals.
