Great to meet you!

I am a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience treating adults across a wide range of mental health concerns. I founded Achieve Mind Care to offer thoughtful, evidence-based psychiatric care that feels personal, collaborative, and grounded in real life.

My work integrates medication management with a deep understanding of how medical, psychological, and lifestyle factors intersect. I specialize in anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, ADHD, and mood disorders, and I enjoy working with clients who want an active, participatory role in their care. My goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered as we work toward sustainable improvement together.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and individualized. I view psychiatry as a partnership. We make decisions together, grounded in clinical science and informed by your lived experience, values, and goals.

I take time to understand the full picture, including medical history, life stressors, and what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past. When medication is part of treatment, it is used thoughtfully and conservatively, with close follow-up and adjustment as needed. I aim to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and non-judgmental, where you feel supported throughout your treatment journey.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is focused on getting to know you, not just your symptoms, but your story. We’ll review your concerns, history, and goals, and I’ll take time to answer questions and explain options clearly.

By the end of the visit, you can expect a thoughtful plan tailored to your needs, whether that includes medication options, further evaluation, or next steps for ongoing care. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, informed, and supported with a clear sense of direction moving forward.
