Dr. Kimberly Carnall

I am a warm, empowering, and holistic therapist. I believe that you have all the answers within you & I find it an honor to have the opportunity to walk with you on your journey towards mental wellness. It is my goal then, to empower you to find wholeness & healing within yourself. Healing is a holistic & collaborative journey, in which all humans have the ability to be the most authentic versions of themselves.

As a intregative-holistic therapist, I view wellness from a whole person lens, where I tailor therapy to fit all aspects of your being. I specialize in the ability to integrate an array of mind-body practices with traditional psychotherapy. I integrate a range of interpersonal, psychodynamic, humanistic, and transpersonal therapeutic ways. I also have training in trauma-informed yoga and meditation, as well as Japanese energy healing framework known as, Reiki.

The goal of my sessions are to create deep understanding of who you are and how to change deep patterns and conditioning that no longer serve you. We get to the root of the issue and find solutions to create transformational change and healing. I want you to leave sessions feeling empowered and a deeper understanding of yourself.
