Great to meet you!

I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Kean University and have been working in the mental/behavioral health field for 10 years. My experience spans outpatient clinics, inpatient programs, in-home therapy, and community-based sessions, giving me the opportunity to provide care across a wide range of settings.

I specialize in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families, addressing challenges such as anxiety, depression, impulse control, emotional regulation, and family conflict. I work closely with parents to manage difficult behaviors, strengthen communication, and create healthier home environments. In addition, I provide therapy for adults navigating stress, life transitions, and relationship concerns.

My expertise also includes supporting individuals and families impacted by domestic violence, offering a safe and empowering space to process experiences, build resilience, and work toward healing. With a strong foundation in behavioral health, I focus on equipping clients with practical coping skills, fostering self-awareness, and promoting long-term well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered, always tailored to meet individuals and families where they are while supporting their unique goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to get to know you and understand what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current concerns, your goals, and any past experiences that may feel important to share. I’ll also ask questions to better understand your background, strengths, and the challenges you may be facing.

This session is also a chance for you to ask me questions, learn more about how I work, and share what you hope to gain from therapy. Together, we’ll start building a plan that feels realistic and supportive, focused on your unique needs.

Most importantly, you can expect a safe, nonjudgmental space where you are listened to, respected, and supported as we begin this process together.
