Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Virginia, who works with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, adjustment to life transitions, stress, health issues, and other challenges.

I enjoy yoga, hiking, traveling, animals, and spending time with friends and family.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is gentle, approachable, nurturing, creative and collaborative. I incorporate an holistic approach to therapy with a goal to work with my clients to foster resilience, cultivate mindful awareness, see things anew and live in tune with their values and the vision of who they most want to be in the world.

Some modalities include Mindfulness Based practices, Strength Based, Cognitive Behavioral, Acceptance Commitment therapy and more.

What you can expect from me

I work to create a space that feels safe, nurturing, mindful and trustworthy. A place where you can feel heard, seen, supported and can express yourself freely and safely. Additionally, I am a certified yoga teacher and feel strongly about the mind body connection. I am happy to incorporate yoga into our time together, if interested.
