My path to self-discovery has equipped me with a diverse range of skills and insights, allowing me to support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, women's issues, relationship complications, self-esteem, and stress. Recently, I have also expanded my expertise through training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a therapeutic approach that has proven to be highly effective in treating trauma.
