Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping toddlers and preschoolers overcome early childhood behavioral challenges. If defiance, tantrums, or aggression have turned your home into a daily battleground, I can help. Trained in both Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and Parent-Child Care (PC-CARE), I provide concrete, practical tools to restore peace. I support families through a warm, parent-coaching approach so you and your family can feel confident and connected again.

My approach to therapy

I use short-term, evidence-based treatments, such as PCIT and PC-CARE, to give you the practical tools you need to feel confident again. To do this, I coach you and your child together in real-time. We focus on rewriting your daily interactions, quietening the chaos, and restoring a warm, loving connection at home.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a supportive, collaborative space to share your story. Together, we will look at what triggers the daily power struggles at home and uncover your family's unique strengths. We will map out clear goals and discuss how to use your existing positive connections to fast-track your child's behavioral progress. My priority is that you leave feeling deeply heard, validated, and hopeful about the next steps.
