Great to meet you!

As a Registered Play Therapist (RPT), I specialize in helping children ages 1–10 and their caregivers navigate behavioral challenges, big emotions, and parent-child conflict. If tantrums, defiance, aggression, anxiety, impulsivity, or emotional outbursts are creating stress at home, I can help. Trained in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and Parent-Child Care (PC-CARE), I provide practical, evidence-based parent coaching to strengthen connection and build confidence.

My approach to therapy

I use short-term, evidence-based treatments, including PCIT and PC-CARE, to help families create lasting change. Through real-time coaching, I support parents and children in improving communication, increasing cooperation, managing big emotions, and strengthening their connection. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on practical skills that fit your family.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a supportive, collaborative space to understand your family's story, concerns, and goals. We will explore current challenges, identify your child's strengths, and discuss how PCIT, PC-CARE, and play therapy can support your family. My priority is for you to feel heard, understood, and hopeful about the next steps.
