Great to meet you!

I am a trauma-informed, mindfulness based counselor with extensive training on the detrimental effects of stress, anxiety, depression and trauma on both the brain and body.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe challenge opens the way before us. I will encourage you to look more closely at your life experiences to discover the challenges before you, so together, we can move forward to face them with courage and wisdom.

I utilize evidence-based western methods such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), somatic experiencing, art therapy, and mindfulness meditation practices to help cultivate the vitality to heal from traumatic stress.

What you can expect from our first session

I aim to create safety and trust, nourish understanding and promote self-healing in each session. Many of my clients say they feel more calm, less tense and relaxed after sessions.

If you would like to schedule a session please email me for availability.
