It’s choosing to be gentle with your own story, to reclaim parts of yourself you thought were lost, and to believe that you are worthy of peace.
Emotional and mental healing isn’t a straight line. Some days you’ll feel strong, other days tender and tired. But every step you take, every boundary you set, every truth you speak, every moment you choose rest over shame is healing in motion.

I struggled to feel that “I am enough”. My painful past experiences planted seeds of doubt in my mind that grew into a harsh inner critic. It took a lot of mental work to quiet that inner voice.
