I have enjoyed working with my clients for over 30 years.It has always been my goal to provide a safe space that helps my clients to learn about themselves, learn new skills to help them work on their. I am a Cognitive Behavioral therapist, who draws from other areas of psychology to help in using tools to help challenge and see their situation in new light with healing.

What you can expect from me

I always try to give my clients the space to freely share about why they are coming to therapy. In our beginning session, I will collect information that is helpful to set goals that the client is able to is wanting to achieve in our work together.
