Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted? I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, PTSD, anger, stress, and trauma. Whether you’re a young adult facing life transitions, in midlife balancing multiple roles, or an older adult processing long held experiences, I provide a safe, supportive space to explore and heal. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices like CBT, mindfulness, and trauma informed care, along with personal experience. Together, we’ll work to build insight, reduce emotional distress, and help you feel more in control of your life. I believe in meeting clients where they are with warmth, curiosity, and a commitment to helping you move forward with clarity and strength.

My approach to therapy

Through Cognitive Behavior therapies, Mindfulness techniques, combined with Psycho-education, you will learn how to manage self-defeating thoughts/behaviors, regulate mood disturbances, gain self-esteem, and maintain healthy relationships.

What you can expect from me
