Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm glad you're here. Life can feel overwhelming when you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma or a major career change. You don’t have to figure it out alone.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience supporting individuals through difficult seasons of life. I’ve worked extensively in education with special populations and have direct experience supporting clients with ADHD, Autism, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. I strive to create a space where you feel respected, understood, and safe to be fully yourself.

My approach is supportive and solution-focused. Together, we’ll identify what’s feeling stuck, explore practical strategies, and build tools you can apply in your daily life. I am here to listen without judgment and help you move toward meaningful, lasting change.

Online evening appointments are available to fit your schedule.

My approach to therapy

My approach is to help my client identify the problem, develop a list of solutions and then help them to apply their chosen solution to the problem while providing my client with support.

What you can expect from me

An initial session will include information on confidentiality and the building of a safe space for you to begin to explore your needs.
