Great to meet you!

I would like to help you to live your best life! We live in challenging times, yet we can still be happy. To do that, it helps to be able to focus, feel calm, energetic, and directed by your own inner goals and dreams. Procrastination, restless sleep, overthinking and impulsivity can get in the way. Difficult issues in relationships can often be resolved with better communication, and sometimes making better choices. Saying no to people and things that are not good for you can be difficult. The support of a therapist like me can help. For over 20 years, I have supported clients personal journeys towards growth, fulfillment and joy

My approach includes helping you observe your thinking and forming and maintaining healthier habits and greater awareness. In sessions we talk about whatever is on your mind. We may also unpack your past, in ways that will help you un-hinge from it. I work at the pace you are comfortable with, while being mindful of your concerns and feelings of safety,

I am certified in Nutrition for Mental Health. Using well established assessment tools I can determine your unique biochemical needs and a nutritional protocol to support them. This holistic approach addresses both your mental (cognitive) and emotional needs. I love to work with creatives, artists, entrepreneurs, activists, those who live outside the box!

My approach to therapy

My client centered-holistic approach includes helping you identify clear goals for achieving mental, physical, and emotional well being. Some sessions we may simply talk about whatever is on your mind. Together we will identify the tools you need for a happier life, a great relationship with yourself and others. Turning your dreams into realties!

What you can expect from me

In addition to being a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am certified in Nutritional Approaches to Mental Health. Using well established assessment tools I can determine your unique needs and a protocol for addressing them using diet and food based supplements. I also offer coaching and emotional support for creatives, activists and entrepreneurs.
