Hi, I'm Kim and I am an independently licensed eating disorder specialist, with extensive experience working with clients with trauma, mood, and anxiety disorders. With a background in nursing, I have been dedicated to helping clients find health and well-being most of my life.
I use a variety of therapies like CBT, DBT, and CPT, as well as Narrative or Existential Therapy to help clients learn new ways to manage stress and strong emotions.
I spend as much time as I can to get to know you and understand your struggles. I am very action-oriented and like to give meaningful "homework" designed to help you gain your own insights and make changes to help bring relief, right from the first session.
