Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s important to find someone you feel comfortable with. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience helping individuals work through anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, and life changes.

I received my Master of Social Work from the University at Buffalo and have experience in both in-person and telehealth settings. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and a client-centered perspective. I focus on helping you develop practical tools while also creating space to explore what’s been weighing on you.

My goal is to meet you where you are and support you in moving forward in a way that feels manageable and authentic to you.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative and down-to-earth approach to therapy. My goal is to meet you where you are and create a space where you feel comfortable being open, without pressure or judgment.

I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and client-centered approaches to help you better understand your thoughts, manage emotions, and develop tools that actually work in your day-to-day life.

I often work with clients navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and major life changes. I also focus on helping clients feel more confident, improve communication, and move toward the kind of life they want to build.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive and relaxed space where we begin getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you’re hoping to gain from the process.

I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background, current concerns, and any patterns you’ve noticed, but there’s no pressure to share everything at once. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

By the end of the session, we’ll begin identifying initial goals and discuss how we can work together moving forward.
