Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with an MA in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. I also hold a BSW in Social Work from the University of Wyoming. I utilize multiple therapy approaches to help my clients adjust to various life transitions and traumas.

My approach to therapy

I am down-to-earth and provide a non-judgmental environment to help my clients learn how to identify the skills they already possess, strengthen these skills, and then learn new skills in order to make the life changes they desire.

What you can expect from me

I believe that therapy is a journey for which all people can benefit in order to take charge of their lives and make intentional choices to find joy in the midst of a chaotic world. My role within this journey is to come alongside my client and help them grow during this season of change.
