Great to meet you!

I provide virtual therapy for women across Texas navigating anxiety, burnout, people-pleasing, trauma, and the impact of family and cultural dynamics.

You might understand your patterns intellectually and still find yourself repeating them.

Many of my clients are high-functioning women who appear to have it all together on the outside while quietly carrying emotional exhaustion, overwhelm, self-doubt, or the pressure of always being the one others rely on.

You may find yourself overthinking, struggling to set boundaries, feeling disconnected from yourself, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Together, we'll explore not only what is happening in the present, but also the experiences, relationships, and beliefs that may be contributing to these patterns.

Therapy with me is collaborative, honest, and insight-oriented. I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, understood, supported, and gently challenged when needed.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s individual needs. I integrate EMDR, parts-informed work, cognitive behavioral therapy, and person-centered approaches depending on your goals and experiences.

I believe insight is important, but insight alone does not always create change. Together, we explore the patterns, experiences, and protective responses that may be keeping you stuck while also building practical tools for emotional regulation, communication, boundaries, and self-understanding.

I value authenticity in the therapy process and strive to create a space that feels both supportive and productive.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to begin understanding your story, your current challenges, and what you hope to gain from therapy. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting.

We will explore the experiences, patterns, stressors, or relationship dynamics that may be contributing to what you’re currently carrying while also discussing your goals for the therapeutic process.

Starting therapy can feel uncomfortable and vulnerable, but my goal is to help you feel safe enough to show up honestly and begin building a deeper understanding of yourself without judgment.
