Great to meet you!
As a Latina and first-generation professional, I understand the unique pressures, expectations, and cultural dynamics that can come with navigating family, identity, and success. My lived experience allows me to connect deeply with clients who may feel pulled between different worlds or carrying the weight of generational hopes.
I earned my Master of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University, where I developed a strong foundation in trauma-informed care. I am especially passionate about working with trauma survivors and supporting individuals in building practical, sustainable coping skills to manage life’s stressors.
Currently, I work in a crisis program, where I support individuals from all walks of life during some of their most vulnerable moments. This experience has strengthened my ability to meet clients with compassion, adaptability, and without judgment.
I believe therapy should feel collaborative and empowering. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood, while we work together toward the goals that matter most to you.
