Great to meet you!

I work with adults under 65 on issues including depression, anxiety, insomnia, life transitions, new parenthood, grief, communication challenges, and social challenges. I have a perinatal mental health certification (PMH-C) and am passionate about supporting birthing and non-birthing parents through pregnancy, loss, role changes, and other unique challenges faced during pregnancy and postpartum. I am also trained in CBT for Insomnia (CBT-I), the leading approach for insomnia treatment.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I integrate a variety of treatment approaches in my practice, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, with a goal of tailoring treatment to best fit your needs. Together we will identify areas of change you feel ready to explore and progress in, identify the small, manageable steps you can take to feel successful, and celebrate the work you are putting in to see the changes in your life that you desire.

What you can expect from our first session

I create a warm, welcoming, and familiar space with a goal of prioritizing comfort and safety. I listen without judgment and am eager to understand your perspective and experiences so that we can effectively collaborate to meet your goals.
