My approach to therapy

The range of topics I specialize in include trauma, grief, loss, divorce, recovery and healing from emotional abuse, narcissistic abuse, marital and relationship issues, struggles with self-esteem, family of origin issues, anxiety, depression, attachment issues and those experiencing major life changes.
