Great to meet you!

Hello my name is Kimberly Gray. I live on a farm with my husband of 24 years and our three fun loving children. I have a Masters of Science degree, as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), from Grand Canyon University. I have worked with a community mental health facility and a private group practice. I enjoy working with people between the ages of 6-86 years old who experience anxiety, depression, grief, stress, ADHD and women's issues.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is both humanistic and person centered. In a humanistic approach, I focus on authenticity of the whole person, while concentrating on self discovery. Along with a holistic viewpoint, in which I consider your physical, social, emotional, and spiritual well being. I also use a person centered approach. This is when the client is considered the best authority of their own experiences. I will assist you in navigating, understanding, and finding solutions to your life challenges.

What you can expect from me

I will work to develop a therapeutic trusting relationship, as this will aid in our working toward solutions and/or a better understanding of your concerns. I will provide you with a listening ear and support. Lastly, I will assist you in navigating your concerns without judgement.

I look forward to meeting with you!
