Great to meet you!

I earned a Master's in psychology in 2009. Since 2015, I have worked full-time in the field of psychology. I finished my PhD in CIinical Psychology in 2017, and I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Texas. My background includes extensive experience in psychological assessments, diagnosis, and treatment. My areas of specialization include: alcohol/substance abuse, cognitive behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis, dealing with trauma and grief, and anger management.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Therapy is interactive by nature, and clients get out of therapy what they are willing to put into the process. I will help provide clients with the treatment plan and the tools that they need, but the success depends on them being willing to do the necessary work.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients should leave sessions feeling that their needs and concerns have been heard, and that we are moving forward with a plan to help them process, cope, and heal.
