Great to meet you!

Utilizing my educational background on clinical mental health counseling and my last 8 years of experience, I am able to help promote therapy effective outcomes. My focus is on the overall well-being for each client by providing a safe and judgment free therapeutic experience. I am comfortable and have familiarity working closely with individuals struggling with (but not limited to) substance abuse, anxiety, depression, codependency, PTSD, and trauma.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Focusing on one area of your life can bring imbalance to others, so it is best to seek out the best goals and solutions to achieve a fulfilling life physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. By doing so one can achieve many qualities including self-control, closure, serenity, and more.

I often utilize Motivational Interviewing techniques, EMDR toward trauma, and Solution Focused strategies when needed.

What you can expect from our first session

My role in this step of life is to support and be a guide, but to leave the client as the decision maker. A therapeutic relationship is worthwhile with direct communication, trust, and openness. Individuals should leave my sessions feeling success in opening up and describing me as warm reassurance.
