Great to meet you!

I am a dynamic solution-focused counselor who works with clients seeking healthy changes, personal clarity, and forward momentum.

My approach to therapy

My approach is active and grounded in the belief that clients already possess the internal drive, intelligence, and capacity needed to transform their lives. I hope that I can partner with you in identifying patterns that are effective and no longer effective. I will do my best to assist you in in accomplishing your goals. My work is best suited for clients who are voluntarily pursuing counseling for personal growth. Although I fully support many client needs, I am not the counselor for those newly mandated to counseling, wanting to utilize FMLA or needing to meet civil or criminal court legal requirements.

What you can expect from me

A new client can expect me to ask them questions that help clarify goals, entrenched patterns, values, and challenges. I also want to understand what gives you peace and what have you done to achieve your goals prior to our meeting.
