Great to meet you!

I am a Florida-licensed therapist with 15 years of professional experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. My work focuses on helping clients manage stress and anxiety, navigate relationship and family conflicts, and heal from trauma and abuse. I believe you are the expert of your own story and possess strengths that can guide you toward growth and resilience. Taking the first step toward a more fulfilling life takes courage, and I am here to walk alongside you in that journey.

I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for a wide range of concerns, including LGBTQ+ issues, grief, intimacy challenges, compassion fatigue, adoption and foster care, personality disorders (antisocial and avoidant), hospice and end-of-life counseling, infidelity, jealousy, and young adult transitions.

My approach to therapy

I draw from a range of evidence-based and relationship-focused approaches to meet each client’s unique needs. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help clients identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns to create healthier behaviors and emotional responses. Through Imago Relationship Therapy, I guide couples in deepening connection, improving communication, and transforming conflict into opportunities for growth. With Motivational Interviewing, I support clients in clarifying values, strengthening motivation, and making meaningful changes at their own pace. I also integrate Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients identify strengths, set clear goals, and create practical steps toward the future they envision.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore challenges and discover solutions. You will leave sessions with practical tools for managing stress and emotions, improved communication skills, and greater clarity about your goals and values. Our work together will help you build resilience, deepen self-awareness, and strengthen your relationships. My goal is for you to feel empowered, understood, and equipped to navigate life’s difficulties with confidence and hope.
