I'm an LCSW and have worked in the social service industry for more than two decades. I am trained in EMDR, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and Nature/Adventure Therapies, and hold a certification in Clinical Adventure Therapy.

Today, so many people are feeling alone, stressed, and disconnected. Often these same individuals find themselves struggling with relationships, healthy communication, emotional expression, and confidence which impacts their satisfaction with life. I am honored to work with individuals seeking support to reduce stress/anxiety, navigate grief, loss, and life transitions, improve interpersonal skills and relationships, build confidence, and feel more connected to their joy and vitality.
