Great to meet you!
I believe therapy should be both validating and practical. My role isn’t to tell you how to live your life—it’s to help you better understand yourself, make sense of what’s getting in the way, and build the skills and confidence to create meaningful change.
Over nearly two decades, I’ve worked with children, adolescents, adults, families, and veterans across outpatient, community, school, and healthcare settings. My experience includes trauma, ADHD and autism, anxiety, depression, addiction and recovery, relationship challenges, and helping people navigate the demands of everyday life with greater clarity and confidence.
