Great to meet you!

Welcome — I’m a Licensed Psychologist offering telehealth sessions for adults throughout California. My clinical training in diverse communities, community mental health centers, hospitals (including USC Hospital/VIP), and private practice has shaped my commitment to providing culturally competent and inclusive care.

My practice is built on the foundation of cultural humility and a deep respect for the diverse backgrounds, experiences, and identities of my clients. I have extensive clinical experience supporting adults coping with anxiety, depression, PTSD and trauma, grief, and OCD.

I provide a warm, safe, and collaborative space where you can explore challenges and begin building the tools to feel more grounded and fulfilled. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based techniques, tailored to meet your unique needs and goals. Therapy with me is centered on healing, self-understanding, and empowerment — helping you move toward greater clarity, balance, and resilience.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative, drawing primarily from Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused frameworks. I pay attention to how early relational experiences and unconscious patterns may shape current thoughts, emotions, and relationships, while also focusing on present-day coping, strengths, and practical change.

Together, we explore recurring relational patterns, internal conflicts, and core beliefs that may lie outside of awareness, while also building skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and effective communication. I believe meaningful change happens through both insight and action—understanding the past, strengthening the present, and developing new ways of responding in the moment.

My style is collaborative and grounded, with an emphasis on creating a supportive and nonjudgmental space. I work to help clients strengthen self-understanding, increase emotional resilience, and move toward more intentional and fulfilling ways of living and relating.

What you can expect from me

Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, and reaching out is an important first step. I offer a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel heard and respected as we work together to explore concerns, build insight, and develop effective coping strategies.

I work with concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and stress. Therapy also provides an opportunity for growth, healing, and self-discovery at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

The first session focuses on understanding your concerns, reviewing confidentiality and the therapy process, and beginning to identify goals tailored to your needs. You are welcome to share at your own pace, with no expectation to cover everything in the first meeting.
