Great to meet you!

I bring a rare blend of 25+ years of clinical expertise and real world understanding of how mental health, learning, and well-being intersect across home, school, and work settings. My passion is serving as a thoughtful, compassionate partner for youth, young adults, parents, and/or educators in navigating through stress, change, and growth.

My approach to therapy

Our work together will be grounded through our honest and open relationship, with a focus on exploring science-based strategies such as cognitive behavioral (CBT), dialectical behavioral (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and solution-focused approaches intended to honor your strengths, regulate your nervous system, build your emotional resilience, and support you in deepening your connection to yourself and your community.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will help us identify areas of focus for counseling and goals for our work together. From that first session and beyond, we will create and refine a treatment plan that feels focused and balanced to meet your or your family's individual needs. Each follow-up session will be an opportunity for monitoring progress, reflection, and continual learning.

Our work will be deeply collaborative. Whether we are working together as an individual, or as a family, we will approach the process as a connected team—grounded in trust, open communication, and a shared commitment to growth, well-being, and meaningful change.

It would be an honor and privilege to work besides you in your journey towards well-being.
