Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 24 years of experience in the mental health field. I hold a bachelor's degree from the University of Connecticut and a master's degree from Barry University in Miami Shores. I specialize in working with individuals who are facing depression, anxiety, intense anger, chronic illness, caregiver strain, grief, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I am deeply committed to helping individuals and couples to navigate the complexities of life. One approach I use is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which empowers clients to develop healthier thinking patterns, manage emotions, and build effective coping strategies.

What you can expect from me

Whether helping individuals or couples, my goal is to foster a safe, supportive space where clients can gain deeper insight, develop healthier relationships, and achieve lasting personal growth. I believe in the power of tailored treatment, meeting each client where they are in their journey and supporting them with empathy and practical tools for change.
