Congratulations on your commitment to your mental wellness. With over 30 years in practice, I have worked with a wide range of clients and concerns. Many are high-functioning individuals navigating stress, loss, trauma, or life transitions, seeking more than symptom relief. Others feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, even without a clear reason. I work collaboratively to understand your full experience and support meaningful change, integrating insight, practical strategies, and body-based awareness to help you build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and move forward with clarity and intention.
I use an integrative approach grounded in humanistic–existential, trauma- and grief-informed care. I draw from experiential and acceptance-based work, somatic approaches to build body awareness, and narrative therapy for meaning-making. I also incorporate cognitive-behavioral and strengths-based strategies to support practical change and forward movement.
In our first session, we focus on understanding what brings you in and what you would like to change or strengthen. You don’t need a clear goal or to feel “broken” to begin. I create a thoughtful, nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly at your own pace. Together, we begin identifying your priorities and what matters most, while helping you feel more grounded, understood, and centered in the process.
