Great to meet you!

Hello, I am a licensed clinician with over 20 years of experience working with adolescents. I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Maine and my Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia. I have worked with children and families who have very severe behavioral and Psychiatric issues and have had great success with helping people heal and understand how to improve their communication skills and their relationships

My approach to therapy

I truly believe that the therapeutic alliance drives success. The relationship between client and therapist plays a significant role in healing and I believe that I have the ability to connect with people from all racial and ethnic backgrounds. If you feel comfortable with your therapist you are better able to express yourself and explore and process your issues. I have been told that I have the ability to heal wounded souls and therefore have had great success with clients over the years.

What you can expect from me

During our first session I hope to make you feel comfortable and to develop trust and rapport while gathering information about your treatment goals
